Hiring Information

Take a few moments to read the below, it’s rather important!

Rates & Fuel:

All our rates include hire, insurance, and VAT. However, please note that fuel is not included. When you collect the vehicle, it will have a full tank, and we kindly ask that you return it the same way. Don’t forget to keep your fuel receipt handy, as we may need to see it when you bring the vehicle back.

Mileage:

You’ll have a daily allowance of 150 miles during your hire period. If you exceed this, an additional charge of 22 pence per mile will apply.

Insurance:

Our vehicles are comprehensively insured as per our insurance policy. In the unfortunate event of any damage, the hirer is responsible for the first £1,500 of the insurance excess.

Driver Licence, Age and Endorsements:

To drive our vehicles, you need to be between 25 and 75 years old and have held a full, valid licence for at least two years. We also require a satisfactory driving record, though we may accept certain endorsements at our discretion.

We are not currently accepting non-UK licence holders at this time.

Payment:

We’ll need your credit or debit card details to confirm your booking – the card must be in the hirer’s name. Payment can be made by credit or debit card via the payment link we will send you.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee of £30+VAT applies if you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours before your booking date. If you cancel less than 48 hours before, up to 100% of the hire cost may apply.
